Rhyl F.C. - Rhyl Football Club Welsh: Clwb P%C3%AAl Droed Y Rhyl was a Welsh football club from Rhyl in Denbighshire. A phoenix club was established in May 2020 under the name CPD Y Rhyl 1879.%0ADespite the club badge stating 1879, primary sources show the club was actually founded on 25 September 1878 during a meeting at Rhyl Town Hall. The team played its home matches at Belle Vue, which can accommodate 3,000 spectators.The club was wound up on 21 April 2020. However, a phoenix club was set up the following month with the new name voted by the fans association of CPD Y Rhyl 1879. It was confirmed that the new club has secured the use of the Belle Vue stadium.

Rhyl - Rhyl Welsh: Y Rhyl, pronounced %5B%C9%99 %CB%88r%CC%A5%C9%A8l%5D is a seaside resort and community in the Welsh county of Denbighshire. It lies within the historic boundaries of Flintshire, on the north-east coast of Wales at the mouth of the River Clwyd Welsh: Afon Clwyd . To the west is the suburb of Kinmel Bay and the resort of Towyn beyond, to the east Prestatyn, and to the south Rhuddlan.
